Description of the problem | Takata recall: after being notified by honda only in early 2016 regarding the defective airbags in our vehicle, honda has provided zero efforts in remedying the situation. Honda has yet to receive parts to replace our airbags (and did not even place an order for them until we reached out to them) and has failed to offer a loaner vehicle despite the serious "injury or death" that may be caused by our continued use of our vehicle. Also upsetting and frustrating is the fact that we have not even received a response after alerting our local honda dealership manager (jaime arreola at honda keyes woodland hills) that we have an upcoming cross-country road trip that we must take for business. Our numerous follow-up calls to determine the status of the airbag replacement parts have also gone unanswered / unreturned. |
