Description of the problem | The front seat head restraints in the 2011 honda cr-v are tilted too far forward, resulting in severe neck strain followed by headaches. While honda suggests positioning the seat tilted back, this does not alleviate the problem and results in a safety issue since my wife then has difficulty seeing over the hood and grasping the steering wheel. A re-design of the head restraint is required so it does not force the head forward and down. |
