Description of the problem | I was tightening the strap on my sons carseat ( peg perego viaggio 5-70) when a plastic piece broke off the seat and now i can no longer use the seat. They do not have a 24/7 hotline and the store i bought from went out of business so i am now without a carseat and wasted $300 + tax on a seat i only used for 6 months. |
