Description of the problem | I've previously reported the vtc actuator problem o this site and american honda with zero satisfaction. The problem has continued and i get conflicting information from my dealer and american honda. The original complaint number was 10783068. Upon re-inquiring with american honda they've informed me that this problem has not been associated with my vin which again is incorrect based on dealership feedback. Honda has refused to permit me the ability to speak to a customer care superior or to share with me the actual resolution of other known vtc actuator problems. Please investigate and deteremine exactly why honda is being permitted to ignore this known and widespread problem? |
