Description of the problemUnintended acceleration. I pulled into my son's driveway. When i applied the brake the vehicle accelerated. It was heading towards the house and continued to accelerate as i increased pressure on the brake. I swerved onto their lawn; eventually major force on the brake brought the vehicle to a stop. I checked the floor mat; it was attached firmly to the floor. I am sure i was on the right pedal; i felt the brake and throttle "fighting" each other. It's the car stopped and in park i tried to see if my foot could depress both pedals simultaneously. That did not seem possible. The initial evaluation at the dealer did not reveal the cause of the problem
