Description of the problem | The navigation system failed. Honda will not authorize repair, stating if they replaced the navigation system, it would fail again. The dealer and honda say that the crv's have some type of electronic problem that is blowing out navigation systems and that they will not replace or repair the navigation system until their techs can figure out what is causing the problem. Their only response to my questions are for me to call every 30 days to see if they have found out the cause and to buy a map if i travel. No service, no repair and no answers. |
