Description of the problem | After a 30 minute drive on the highway i stopped for around 15 minutes and when i started the engine the dash board would not light up all lights were off, although the engine was running. The indicators were not working and the screen inside the car also stopped working. I also noticed that the trunk could not open. This first happened when the cat was still under warranty (around 6000 miles on it), the dealer said they could not find a problem, but they had to do a "hard reset" to get the electrical systems back on. Two years after the same thing happened ( car now has around 12000 miles), but the lights went back on when i restarted the car. On two separate occasions while getting into the car, all the windows went down half way on their own after i opened the door with the remote. |
