Description of the problem	We are experiencing the same fuel dilution in the engine oil that many other owners with 2017-18 cr-vs with the 1. 5t engine are experiencing. We live in va. I feel as though i don't need to go into details as this issue is so well known, prompted a ban on sales of the vehicle in china, etc. They keep pushing back the recall and now announced for the first two months, it will only be available in select northern states. A simple search through complaints shows that this problem is not isolated to the northern states, it may be exacerbated by significantly cold weather, but the way they are rolling out a recall is not acceptable. It's unsafe (causes stalling vehicles on the highway and in traffic, which is most definitely a safety concern) and causes premature wear on the engine (a consumer protection issue). Nhtsa needs to step up and accelerate enforcement action, e. G. Make them accelerate the recall to all of their customers, not just just arbitrary classification and order based on whether or not you live on one side of a state line or the other. It gets cold in va too. The honda dealer basically told us we're out of luck until the recall, and to keep changing the oil.
