Description of the problem	Notice very toxic gasoline smell in vehicle cabin when driving car during colder weather. Also, notice gasoline smell in garage after car is parked. Have been monitoring the oil level for the past two months. The oil level was 1" above the high level mark in december 2018 and took car to honda dealer . They replaced the oil and made a software update per a honda bulletin. They notified me in writing that the problem is under review and honda techline and engineers are aware of issue but no service bulletins,updates or repairs are available as of this time( dec. 14,2018) it is now jan 28, 2019 and the toxic gas smell is much more severe. Usa honda was contacted today and case registered for my vehicle. Honda usa told me to again contact the honda dealer regarding the problem. The dealer has been contacted and i'm waiting to hear back to resolve this problem. Honda and nhtsa may not consider this a safety issue with this vehicle but it certainly could become a health issue which is why i am notifying nhtsa.
