Description of the problem | Gas gets in the oil, gas fumes go into the car itself and make us dizzy while driving (not safe). Car sputters (not safe) and heater does not get warm enough to keep the windshield clear in cold weather reducing viability and creating a safety issue. It takes 15 minutes of driving for car to warm up, i don't know how to see out of the windshield for the first 15 minutes. I'm aware this is a known issue with my model, i would like honda to do a recall and really actually fix it. Dealer says there is no fix at this time. The service campaign isn't working. I'm reading that the 2019 were supposedly fixed with the same service campaign and it's not working. |
