Description of the problem | I bought a new 2017 honda crv in may, 2017. Immediately i noticed i wasn't getting good mileage and started checking it the old fashioned way. I'm only getting between 16-18 mpg (i have all receipts) and the dash says i'm getting 23 (which i'm not). The dealer nor national honda will do anything about it. They say they don't find a problem. Also my brakes make noises and i was told the calipers just off and it doesn't pose a safety hazard. I would never be able to sell it with that kind of noise. No one will do anything about it. I tried to go on the bbb web-site but it says the honda has to be 2012 or older. Why? I feel stuck and will have to go to the media if i can't get this resolved. The dealer should by my car back under the lemon law. Someone help me. |
