Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 honda cr-v. While driving various speeds and when starting the vehicle, all of the instrument panel indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to billy wood honda (1909 w hillsboro st, el dorado, ar 71730, (870) 863-5400) where the computer was updated, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where the contact was notified that the manufacturer updated the computer again. The contact mentioned that the failure occurred for a third time, but the vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. Also, while inspecting the oil, the contact noticed it was overfilled and smelled like fuel. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 9,300. *js |
