Description of the problem | I went for an oil change and the place said that the oil smelled like fuel, was very thin. In consumer reports there was a blurb about the honda cr-vs with the 1. 5 turbo engine experiencing the mixing of gas in the oil but mainly in the colder, northern states. So, when the oil change people said the oil smelled like gas, i then drove to a honda dealer and they checked it out, but said they didn't see gas in the oil, but i just had the oil changed so of course there wasn't signs of it. So, before my next oil change i will take it to honda so they can see it. |
