Description of the problem	Gear shift button popped out while driving: i was driving with my children in the car, the button popped out as i was trying to drop them off at school. This could have been a truly deadly situation in a crowded drop off because the car would not go to park. Thankfully i quickly recovered from shock, hit the brakes and scrambled to grab the piece that had fallen to the floor of the car. The button piece looks cheap, so now the coil is exposed. I can't just stick my finger in so i am going to need to tape the button back on until i get it fixed. This is an obvious recall issue since so many people have mentioned it. I wouldn't have reported it if i didn't see so many online complaints.
