Description of the problem	I was unable to move the shifter to change from park to drive. Thi initially happened in a driveway where i was parked. Small pieces of plastic were falling out. I had to use a pen to engage the shifter and then it would move. As i pulled into my street i had major difficulty using reverse even with the pen.
