Description of the problem | While riding in front passenger seat, my daughter tried to pull the belt from the ceiling to loosen it. The belt would not allow her to loosen it and was locked down. She had to unbuckle it to loosen it. The car was not stopped and had not had brakes applied. We were on the interstate. This is a safety issue. It should not be locked unless there was hard braking. She was unsecured when she had to unbuckle it to loosen it. |
