Description of the problem	i have purchased 2017 model honda new crv ex-l with navigation in october 2017 in tennessee. From the last 1 year i am having a major problem which is effecting my health and my family health. From almost 10 months, i have this problem. Problem: whenever i switch on the ac or fan or heat, i have a very bad engine smell/ oil smell. I am unable to breath in the car, i have burning sensation in my eyes. I vomited couple of time because of this smell. My wife and my 5 year old son also feels the same . Its affecting their health as well. I have taken my car to odonell honda service center located at 21043 three times and they just keep fooling me saying that there is no problem in the car and they cant do anything about it. They were useless, unprofessional people who does not know what to do. They behaved very bad as well. And always gave lame excuses. Then i took my car to honda service center at owing mills, md. They were nice enough to check my car and they found two issues with the car and fixed it and promised that i will not have any issues. But with in a week i am having the same issues. I am helpless now. I cant drive my car because i cant breathe in that smell. Its affecting my health. I cant go again and again to dealer shop to get my car fixed. I am writing to you so that if you can help me before i take this matter to public and fight legally. If something happens to me or my family - who is responsible for that. Hoping for a response from you. Thanks in advance and appreciate your time looking into this.
