Description of the problem | This is the fifth windshield (including the one i bought with the car) i am on with my 2017 honda crv. Every january/february it seems my car's windshield "cracks" for unknown reasons. I have been driving my same commute for ten years. Never in those years have i had to replace my windshield on other cars. Since getting my honda, i have had to replace it! These cracks take place after the vehicle has been parked and when the temperature changes. This is causing multiple insurance claims as a result- impacting my insurance. I'm also fearful of my children's and my safety due to these random cracks. I do not trust my windshield in case of an accident. I'm actually considering trading this vehicle in because of this issue. Honda needs to do something now.. Tonight was actually the fifth time this happened after i parked my vehicle (after actually having my honda serviced). |
