Description of the problem | Takata recall notice received from honda in march, 2016. I ordered the airbag recall repair from gary smith honda in fort walton beach, fl on june 14, 2016. It has been almost 90 days and they still do not know when the order might be received. My notice says i can file a complaint with nhtsa. I am hoping this will work. Or do i have to write a letter on paper and snail mail it? |
