Description of the problem | The sun visor snapped off while being adjusted. It broke due to metal fatigue at the place where the power cord for the vanity mirror light exited the support shaft. The stress concentration caused by this exit hole guarantees that this part will fail. This could easily cause fatal accidents if it happened at high speed. |
