Description of the problem | 1) mileage: 73,649. 10/26/11. Honda replaced p/s as it was leaking. 2)10/10/13: replaced p/s pressure hose as it was leaking. 3) mileage: 113,903. 2/22/14. Another leak with the p/s. Was advised that it could be something as simple as a seal or it could be the p/s itself. Will find out after driving the car around. Doesn't make sense that the p/s pump should fail again after 40,254 miles. Was told that honda will probably not cover the cost after that many miles. Not happy as i have had several issues with the van. Front wheel bearings were replaced at 34,000+ miles. P/s rack & pinion was found leaking at 34,094 miles. Left passenger door failed auto open. Honda fixed that and now that warranty is over, it's starting to happen again. |
