Description of the problem | The brakes on our 07 honda odyssey were spongy from day one. The person driving the van noticed the pedal even getting lower the longer it got driven. At first you would be able to stop but as time went on the pedal would almost be at the floor to accomplish braking. We took to the dealer after another odyssey van we had was almost in a wreck because of the same problem. They replaced the brake modulator, said it was leaking air internally. Seems to be fixed at this point. We bought three of these vans and two have the same problem?! No recall or notice to bring in when they have a tech bulletin for this problem?! |
