Description of the problem | Steering becomes tight and very hard at low speeds and my wife started complaining of sore arms. I tried and found it to be quite hard. Took it to the dealer and he flushed power steering fluid and charged me for it though there is a tsb on how to fix it. Took it to the tire shop and they asked me to take it to the alignment shop. Then i searched the internet and found tsb a11-039 and several other letters from honda to customers. Honda extended the warranty but did not inform the owners!! I did not receive any communication regarding this and my vehicle does not show any open recalls in honda website. Steering is quite critical to the vehicle and honda should recall instead of playing with lives of customers. |
