Description of the problem | The car has become increasingly hard to steer over the last two to three years to the point that it is almost impossible to turn it into parking spots or other areas at low speeds. My wife feels particularly unsafe about driving it like this, as she is afraid she will hit another car or object related to the inability to turn without manually overpowering the steering wheel. In checking for a recall, i noted that there are multiple other customer complaints with similar issue. Please address as possible. Thank you. For onset date, this is a gradually worsening issue. I would say that i first noticed slight increased resistance about 3-4 years ago. It has worsened to the point that it is now a major resistance when attempting to turn at low/minimal speed. |
