Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 honda odyssey. While driving various speeds, the second row seats would not latch and moved back and forth. Surprise honda in surprise, arizona was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to a collision center to have the second row seats removed and welded back to the seat track. Earnhardt honda in avondale, arizona was made aware of the failure as well and replaced the rubber garments of the seat track, but the failure recurred. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 17v725000 (seats), but the parts were unavailable. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. |
