Description of the problem | My car was bucking and shut off on me while on the highway not even a full month after the vehicles transmission was serviced and back in the 9 times again within a year. I was told that i was sold a vehicle brand new i do not believe the transmission and or vehicle for that matter should be giving me safety issues at only 16,000 miles and then again at 33,351 miles; without recourse.
