Description of the problem | I bought my 2019 honda pilot ex-l without nav and res today (24may2019). I drove it 40 miles home with no issues. My wife just took it for a drive around the block approximately 1 mile and the infotainment system stopped working and the screen just had the honda logo on it while she was driving it. The car is brand new with 82 miles on it and the infotainment system just stopped working. I turned off the car, locked, unlocked and restarted with as suggested by other owners with the same issue and it is still not working. This is a major safety issue as it causes the driver to become distracted while driving. |
