Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2019 honda pilot. The contact stated that the information system on the vehicle, which controls all electrical systems within the vehicle, was emitting a popping/ cracking noise and shutting down. The contact stated that when the failure would occur, the instrument panel turns blank and all electrical systems such as the speedometer, seat heaters, etc. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer (vann york honda located at 422 eastchester dr, high point, nc 27262 phone number 866-207-1275) who informed the contact that it was a known failure, however, there was no known fix for the matter as of yet.
