Description of the problem | Less than 2 months into a brand new vehicle, the windshield cracked during a rainstorm on the highway along the line of the wipers. Nothing hit the windshield other than rain. The dealer is making us pay out of pocket for recalibration and tinting, despite the fact we have insurance. Safelite is replacing the windshield. It took 3 weeks to get the windshield. Also, the steering motor had to be replaced in less than 2 months. |
