Description of the problem | I purchased my car february 2020. In may 2020, with approx 3,000 miles on it, while driving my vehicle, a small rock hit my windshield. Upon impact, the crack spread across the windshield. There was no opportunity to get the "rock pop" fixed. The windshield was replaced, oem, by the dealer. In june 2020, with approx. 5,000 miles on the vehicle, the same thing happened. No opportunity to get the "rock pop" fixed and will require a second oem windshield. Rocks are going to hit windshields, but to have a crack immediately spread is not the norm. The integrity of the glass should be in question. |
