Description of the problem | My vehicle is under warranty. I have a transmission issue. I have taken to the dealership 3 times and they confirmed the transmission failure and told me the call the manufacturer to get an approval. Its been 3 months and still no answer, when i called them they opened a case # 16722184 and speaking to a woman named angie. She says shes waiting to be approved.
