Description of the problem | Problems with vehicle since purchase. Brought cat back to dealer for repair 4 times, but problems still remain. Prior to last software upgrade, car would not accelerate after stopping, would jerk without warning, slow going up hill, would roll back, and would stop and then propel forward. Once last recall (3) done, the car still in not driving appropriately. Car runs rough, still jerks, still slow to go up hill and still intermittently stops. Transmission warning (over heated) came on, yet the computer did not make note of it when read for problems as if it never happened. Car is unsafe, is not driving as expected nor as it should. Gas mileage is also very low, considerably lower than what was promised upon purchase. |
