 Description of the problemThe best car i ever owned was a 2001 hyundai santa fe. Accordingly, when i was shopping for a new car in may 2016, i was looking forward to going back to hyundai and purchased my 2016 tucson. Only synthetic oil has been used since purchase and all service below, except the 06/14/17 oil & filter change, has been done at the hyundai dealership service dept., 70+ miles away: 10/03/16 - the dct update/install/fix was 1st completed. The above update was completed as part of a regular service before i began to notice any problems. 02/20/17 - i'm not sure when i first detected a hesitation or lack of power on acceleration, but it must have been before this service date, as the documentation notes the dct update being completed a 2nd time. Although sporadic, each time the hesitation occurs it can be dangerous, scary and very unnerving. Equally unpredictable and unnerving is the resulting
