Description of the problem | We have just under 6,000 miles on our new car which was purchased november 2017. We have noticed two major concerns with this vehicle and poses a significant safety issue. First we have noticed that when at a complete stop and push the gas pedal it will jerk and not go for a sew seconds. This doesn't happen all the time, but we have almost been in two accidents by the time it took to move the car from a stopped position when trying to turn. I have reported this to the dealership and they will be looking at why the lag would occur when the gas pedal is depressed. Secondly, there have been times at a complete stop that the car wants to move forward even with the brake pedal engaged. Please take time to look into these series safety issues as i have researched i am not the only one who has had these issues. |
