Description of the problem | Tl* the contact leases a 2017 hyundai tucson. The contact stated that the transmission was failing. The vehicle was taken to prime hyundai south (1022 hingham st, rockland, ma 02370, (617) 774-1300) for repairs. After the repair, the transmission continued to slip and the vehicle sputtered when going into gear. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for diagnostic testing and the contact was provided a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted and provided a case number.
