Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 hyundai tucson. The contact stated that the transmission slipped and the vehicle jerked violently sometimes. On one occasion, in a shopping plaza parking lot, the vehicle jerked violently, the steering wheel seized, and the vehicle accelerated on its own.
