Description of the problem | I am experiencing a problem with the vehicle's acceleration from a stop which is worsening over time. I bought the vehicle new in september 2017. I routinely experience a severe lag in acceleration from a stop, causing jerky movements and sometimes unintended acceleration. I do not feel as if the vehicle is safe to drive on a daily basis. I have had the car looked at by hyundai technicians in my local dealership's service department. They have reported that there are no issues they can identify and the car is operating as it was built to. I have expressed my concerns about the vehicle's safety and they have told me to contact hyundai's consumer affairs department. I have initiated a ticket with consumer affairs. |
