Description of the problem | Takata recall (previous case number 1039551) i have been following up with infiniti consumer affairs since august 2016 and was advised today from [xxx], regional manager that the official (not temporary piece) was available for installation. I am concerned because the nhtsa website states that as of 12/14/2016 "recall is incomplete. Remedy not yet available". The local dealership has been dishonest with me before and i want to make sure that they are not giving me a temporary repair with "low risk", but the actual official repair with "no risk" as i drive often with a 2 year old, and wife...
