Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2004 infiniti fx35. While traveling 45 mph the contact attempted to apply the brakes and they would not engage causing the vehicle to drive through an intersection. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the repair shop who previously serviced the vehicle installed aftermarket braking parts on the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle back to the previous repair shop where the contact was informed that the vehicle was operating normally. The vehicle was then taken back to the dealer where the brakes were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who stated that the brake fluid had created a bubble in the line and was repaired. The failure recurred for the third time and the vehicle was taken to the dealers who stated that the failure was due to a faulty computer and was repaired. The failure recurred a fourth time after the computer was repaired. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the contact was informed that the computer was defective. The contact is concerned about the safety risk while driving the vehicle. The failure mileage was 39,000.
