Description of the problem | Since two years my dashboard started foaming with air bubbles,at the beginning it was small few air bubbles but now it is spreading all over the dashboard. I have never seen this kind of defect. I don't even know whether it is healthy to drive this kind of car. Contacted infinity and bbb with negative response. The response was since it is over 8 years they will not replace it. If it is acknowledged that it is a defect why the company gets away with such an answer. In addition to this defect my four door locks are not working especially in hot climate. Complained about it to the dealer they wanted a $2000 charge. I am not complaining about wear and tear , it is about defect. All i was asking them was to stand by their product. I drove toyota camry for 13 years ,never saw this kind of defect. |
