Description of the problem | Consumer states for the past 2 years there has been an ongoing problem with a rotten egg/sulfur smell coming out of the exhaust, consumer has taken vehicle to the dealership at least 3 times to try and get the problem resolved, consumer has been told that the wrong type of gas was being used, that there was no smell, that a particular part in the vehicle could not be replaced only adjusted, consumer even had an update performed on the vehicle, however the problem still exists. *jb nar 8/22/02. *scc *cb jb |
