Description of the problem | Occupant classification system malfunction. I have a 2007 infiniti g35 with 144000 miles, never had any accident before. Recently the air bag light started flashing for no apparent reason. I took it to the infiniti dealer and was told it was the passenger air bag sensor in the front passenger seat that was bad, and would cost several thousands dollar to fix. After doing research it suggests this is a very common problem that many infiniti/nissan owners are currently have. Nissan has recall for this particular problem for very selected vehicle but i think a wider range of recall should be done by infiniti/nissan. |
