Description of the problem | On 5 different occasions now the rear passenger window went down on it's own without me touching the switch and when i go to put it back up it will not go. I have to unplug the battery wait 30 seconds and then plug it back for it to work. After the second time that it happened i went to the car shop and they charged me $700 to fix the motor then 2 weeks later it happened again. The fifth time and final straw that it happened was today on 6/12/2020 when i had my 1 year old daughter in car on the highway doing 70 on the interstate and it went down and all that wind hit her face and she starts crying and i cant do anything about it because there is no shoulder where i was at and it was another 10 minutes before the next exit so now i am making a complaint for it now. |
