Description of the problem | 11/28/2019: the navigation system/center stack reset and immediately after all the dash lights lit up and the vehicle went into limp mode. The vehicle was blocks away from home and we were able to drive it back without issue. Took it to an infiniti dealer who said it was transmission related. Repairs were declined as this did not sound accurate and i wanted a second opinion. Transmission shop looked it over and found nothing wrong with the transmission. An independent shop also looked it over and could not find anything wrong. 7/1/2020: the center stack turned off and back on and car engine died. The vehicle was pulled over.
