Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 infiniti g35. While driving uphill at an unknown speed, the clutch pedal traveled to the floorboard. In addition, the brake pedal required excessive force. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who replaced the clutch slave cylinder, but the failure recurred a year after the repair. On a second occasion, the clutch pedal was stuck and was pumped in order to be released. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the clutch slave cylinder needed to be replaced again. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000. |
