Description of the problem | There was no incident. My concern is that a automobile should not have to have new rear brakes pads and refinished rotors at only 20,000 miles. I consider this situation as a serious defect in this particular model. I have driven many cars and have never had to replace any brake parts as soon. Usually, the front brake wear first. The brakes were becoming very poor and i had to have them serviced for safety reason. I would hope that you would check into this as i really feel that it is important that the general public is aware of this apparent defect in the brake system on this model. Thank you.
