Description of the problem | I received a notification of the takata inflator deficiency in may of 2016. I contacted my local infiniti dealership and was informed that the replacement part was not available. I was informed that the part would be available in july 2016. In contacting the dealership in july, i was informed that the part would not be available until september. In september, i was informed that the part may be available in mid-november. I contacted the dealership on today and i am being told that the part may be available in december 2016. This is unacceptable to be use my sedan as intended, which is resulting in a hardship for me and my family. |
