Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2004 infiniti qx56. The contact was driving approximately 60 mph when he depressed the brakes and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was advised that the rotors were severely warped. The dealer made five separate attempts to repair the failure but to no avail. The manufacture was informed of the failure who advised the contact that there were no recalls on the vehicle and offered no additional assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was 46,200 and the failure mileage was 10,200. |
