Description of the problem | Paint on hood, roof and back lift gate has discolored and the "clear coat " has eroded away and is flaking off. Appearance of car is really disgraceful with large areas of paint discolored and flakes of paint or clear coat falling off continuously. This car has been kept garaged during the whole time of this experience and the paint condition is not what should be expected from a legitmate auto manufacturer. The dealer listens to my story and agrees that the paint looks horrible but will do nothing about it. This car has been kept in very good condition at all times and is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This type of defect should not go uncorrected. |
