Description of the problem | I replaced my abs pump motor on my 1991 jeep cherokee in october 2006. Mopar part number r2007515. The part has a lifetime warranty under nhtsa campaign number 96v260000. I have sent numerous submissions to be reimbursed and everytime they find some excuse not to pay. They claim it was repaired in 2001, i have the dealer invoice stating that abs actuator was replaced. Mopar part number r4746415, not the above mentioned pump. The last time i submitted my paper work in september. They claimed not to be able to find this recall despite me giving them the recall number both the nhtsa # and chrysler recall #702. This is getting ridiculous. Any help i can receive from you would be most advantageous. Thank you. |
